Role Summary
This role provides temporary administrative support and assistance.
Key Duties
Provides back office administrative support as assigned.
Leverages the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, often in a fast-paced environment.
Provides assistance and logistical support for departmental projects of varying scopes and sizes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Details
This is not a remote job and will require in-office work.
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
Required
Previous experience in administrative duties including scheduling, calendar management, data entry, coordination and planning.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft and prepare highly professional and confidential correspondence.
Self-starter with solid problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
An ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.
Depending on the assignment, some travel may be required.
Proven reliability and an excellent attendance record.
Minimum age of 18.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred
An Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science degree.
A minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience.
Data analysis experience.

Pay Details
The hourly rate for the position depends on the level needed for the assignment:
C1 = $18.82
C2 = $22.12
C3 = $23.61
