Tasks
With us, you have the chance to help shape varied personnel development projects and get involved in ways!
- You will support the Talent Management team in the conception and implementation of various projects (e.g. feedback tools, employee survey, training concept)
- You contribute fresh ideas and actively shape our personnel development tools
- You will help designing and coordinating our dual study programs
- You will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of trainings, events and other program formats
- You think in terms of opportunities, not problems. Our projects are sometimes sprints, sometimes marathons. You are aware of this and have the necessary stamina

Requirements
We are looking for open-minded and curious people who want to actively contribute their energy, knowledge and fresh perspective during their studies.
- You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current enrolment certificate must be enclosed with the application), ideally in a degree programme with a focus on HR management, psychology or similar
- You are communicative, open-minded and goal-orientated
- You have a strong interest in talent management topics
- You are a team player and enjoy helping out
- You enjoy working independently and find it easy to structure complex tasks well
- You are fluent in German and English
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/ the European Union
