About our Line of Business – Mission Software & Services
Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. Coordinating and managing the team for Claim Verification and Disbursement
Be Part of Our Success
- Overseeing all end-to-end operations as well as conduct training for new team members.
- Improve processes and systems to strengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency
- On a daily basis, lead the team to perform Post Application Check (PAC) list which includes all newly approved applications/assessments and/or existing applications/assessments that are pending amendments.
- On a monthly basis, lead the team to perform Disbursement List (DL) check which includes all beneficiaries/assessors who are eligible to receive monthly payouts. Perform a second independent check on the DL to verify eligibility checks are conducted accurately and payment months are computed correctly.
Qualities We Value
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant Audit, Accounting, Finance or Business experience
- At least 5 years of experience in team management with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Experience in public sector grants and claims processing would be an advantage;
- A strong team player with good supervisory, people management and communications skills; and
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and high level of integrity to serve the stakeholders.
