The role
As a Support Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Providing comprehensive administrative support at RAF Cosford, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Day-to-day, you’ll serve as an additional point of contact for HVAC-related issues, as well as:
- Act as the primary Communications Coordinator for Cosford, managing internal communications, updating notice boards, and ensuring relevant information is effectively disseminated to all staff.
- Administer and coordinate the completion of mandatory training.
- Undertake procurement and receipting activities, manage petty cash and order staff workwear and PPE.
- Support section managers in executing Babcock management & admin process and activities.
- Monitor and track data on management systems, ensuring task completion and adherence to processes and deadlines.
This role is part time and based onsite at RAF Cosford.
Essential experience of the Support Administrator:
- GDPR control over documentation and personal information.
- Proficient in IT skills including all aspects of Microsoft office or equivalent.
- Stakeholder engagement experience.
Qualifications for the Support Administrator:
- 5 A-C GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent).
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS security clearance for this role.
