The Production Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the base by handling a wide range of administrative tasks. From coordinating roster coverage and preparing performance reports for management, to liaising with central departments on matters such as ID and payroll, and communicating with the airport to relay important notices to teams – this role is diverse and dynamic. No two days are the same, offering a variety of challenges and opportunities to keep the base running seamlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing

You will report overtime and sickness to the central payroll team, ensuring accuracy in pay. You'll be expected to identify and recommend improvements in departmental processes, maintain strong relationships with central service functions (ID, payroll, HR), manage the ordering and distribution of uniforms and PPE, and effectively communicate relevant airport regulations and guidelines.
