As a Senior Key Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing key customer accounts within the Honeywell Building Solutions business unit. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and providing innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'll work on a remote work schedule attached to our office in Hamburg. In this role, you will impact the success of our business by:
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
·Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand our footprint
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs
·Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the customer organization
·Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond
Our Ideal Candidate will have the following:
·Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or key account management
·Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key customer accounts within the building services market (HVAC, BMS and/or Security Systems knowledge a distinct advantage)
·Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills
·Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
·Fluent German language skills is mandatory.
