The on-site Aircraft Maintenance Debrief System
(AMDS) System Administrator will serve as Data analyst and AMDS System Administrator based in
Al-Jawf Air Base . The AMDS System Administrator will provide the RSAF F-15 squadron with AMDS support and assist in end-user training for AMDS installations at Al-Jawf Air Base. The AMDS System Admin is responsible for the monitoring and documentation of the AMDS computing health and are responsible for responding to AMDS equipment abnormalities that are under warranty by packing and shipping equipment back to the manufacturer and receive and reinstall repaired or new equipment from the manufacturer. Other responsibilities include providing deployed RSAF F-15 units with AMDS support when away from their home station.

Position Responsibilities:
- Should have knowledge/experience with F-15 Aircraft Maintenance Debrief System (AMDS) or equivalent aircraft maintenance debrief application.
- Candidate should have strong organizational skills that can be used for documenting and tracking AMDS application issues and enhancements.
- Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
- Candidate should have experience with the process of testing or validation/verification of developmental products prior to formal release.
- Must have the ability to coordinate activities and interact with RSAF Aircraft Maintenance Management in both formal and informal (mostly on the job training) environments.
- Will be responsible for completing all actions required to facilitate AMDS installation, operations and update of the AMDS system in support of daily post mission operations.
- Download all AFTO-239 and Signal Flight Data Recorder (SFDR) / PRMM data monthly from each squadron’s AMDS database and upload the data to the Boeing WebSafe System.
- Provide interim reporting for any problem encountered within two (2) business days of problem discovery.
- Train AMDS administrators as required to update, ensure operation of AMDS, and provide the RSAF with familiarization training on the AMDS application.
- Contribute to status reports delivered to the USG detailing the performance of the overall AMDS system. The AMDS System Admin responsibilities are the operation, maintenance of AMDS systems, and training of RSAF debriefers.
- Interface with the RSAF MSC on site for AMDS daily status, AMDS system readiness and liaison with Boeing AMDS Admins throughout the Kingdom.
- AMDS Support Team and GOLDesp development teams will ensure all of the necessary debrief functionality and data collection requirements are available in AMDS.
- Candidate must currently have or be able to obtain a Kingdom of Saudi Arabia recognized Secret Clearance.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with databases, office software, and email systems including SQL, Exchange, and Office 365.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and perform hardware repairs.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Familiarity with Linux and Unix administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery software and methodologies. Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO.
- The ability to manage multiple Tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing and configuring server hardware and network devices.
- Ability to train staff on new IT systems or software applications. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate's Degree or Equivalent in Information & Computer Science Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.

Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabia law.
