In order to support our team in Wunstorf Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a
Supply Chain Specialist Aircraft (d/f/m)
The maintenance and service center for the world's most versatile transport aircraft A400M is located in Wunstorf. The service and ongoing adaptation to customer needs ensure the safe, reliable and economical operation of the German A400M fleet.The position is an integrated part of the Airbus Military Germany Customer Services organization within the German Material Support On-Site team. You will be responsible for the agreed service delivery towards the Material Manager.

Wunstorf is located in the immediate vicinity of Hannover, the state capital of Lower Saxony and directly on the Steinhuder Meer. The workplace is located at the air force base with direct contact to customer and product.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Ensure on-time, cost-effective and high-quality deliver of spare parts and carrying out repairs
Identify all operational material needs from the German Air Force
Ensure the complete delivery of materials from order entry to final acceptance, including deviation management
Supervise and coordinate the smooth running of the procurement process as well as demand management and forecasting
Perform the pricing of material in accordance with the relevant pricing policy
Coordinate all topics related to smooth running of material data and logistics data flows
Contribute and support the Material Manager and the Demand Operations Manager for all aspects of the Material Support Services for the customer (German Air Force)
Desired skills and qualifications
University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or similar education
Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain, and in SAP MM desired
Willingness to work occasionally on bank holidays and / or weekends upon customer service request
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Business fluent German and English language skills, written and oral
