Human Resources Analyst (12 Month Contract)

In this role, you will:
- Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information Systems – including data and system reconciliation, and performing audits to ensure accuracy
- Monitor and trouble shoot the system interfaces to ensure data flows correctly between the HRIS and other Babcock systems
- Prepare and analyse human resources metrics including headcount and turnover reporting for relevant business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain reports pertaining to employee data including integrating data from the multiple HRIS systems and/or MS Excel spreadsheets
- Trouble shoot any system issues within SAP Success Factors; including but not limited to workflow, approval, and employee queries and escalate as required
- Manage permissions of users in the HRIS and other HR applications
- Liaise and coordinate system/program implementation with various internal and external stakeholders
- Act as the intermediary for any system changes/updates and provide training to the HR team as required
- Assist in the strategic centralization of HR data and the utilization of the HR systems
- Other duties as required
The ideal candidate brings:
- A post- secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience maintaining, reconciling and, monitoring the interface between Human Resources Information Systems
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel with intermediate proficiency in the other MS Office Suite programs. Experience with PowerBI reporting would be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated capabilities using SAP software. Knowledge of IFS and/or Dayforce would be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically project implementation, would be a strong asset.
- Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders and internal clients, both nationally and internationally
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to produce quality results in a timely manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
