The following position is to join our RTX Technology Research Center (RTRC):
What You Will Do
- Identify & implement process improvements that increase output and reduce overall costs in the bids and proposal process
- Review government funding agencies’ needs, interests of program managers, and analyze budgets to help prioritize marketing efforts
- Assist in creating and maintaining guidance documents (including work instructions, templates and forms) to standardize contract R&D practices
- Analyze data on academic and industry partnerships to help focus RTRC collaborative efforts to grow contract R&D
- The intern will be given specific process improvement tasks to take ownership of, and progress to completion throughout their internship.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Candidates must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, business, or management and must have a minimum of 60 credits prior to starting of the internship. Candidates must not graduate prior August 2025. Please submit a copy of your academic transcripts with your application.
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
