GTM Manager – Travel Intelligence
Summary
The Go-To-Market Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and profitability for the Amadeus Travel Intelligence portfolio. As the bridge between product, sales, and customers, you’ll be responsible for executing our go-to-market strategy by highlighting product benefits, leading commercial offers, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer retention and renewals. Your insights will guide the product roadmap, aligning offerings with customer needs and competitive trends.
In This Role You Will
- Serve as a central point for communication between product, sales, and customers.
- Capture and relay feedback from the field, identifying new market needs and competitive threats, and share these insights with the product team.
- Provide post-sale support to customers, advising them on leveraging Business Intelligence products to maximize value and secure renewals.
- Participate in large-scale customer engagements to support and retain Business Intelligence business.
- Advocate for the customer by offering actionable product feedback and recommending enhancements that add business value.
- Market Travel Intelligence products through 1:1 engagements and webinars.
- Assist in structuring commercial proposals and support sellers in closing sales.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and webinars to support new product launches and educate customers and prospects.
- Develop expertise within the sales force on Business Intelligence, acting as the go-to product expert for advice and support.
About The Ideal Candidate
- Strong communicator with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in capturing and distilling customer and market feedback to inform product development.
- Experienced in providing post-sale support to drive product usage, customer satisfaction, and renewals.
- Proficient in structuring commercial proposals and supporting sales teams in complex, high-stakes negotiations.
- Experienced in developing sales confidence by delivering product training, demos, and best practice guidance.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams to enhance customer outcomes.
- Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations and webinars for customer education and new product launches.
