Your Responsibilities Will Include
This role provides essential administrative support to the flight operations team, ensuring that all operational documents, electronic resources, and data systems are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with company standards.
Key responsibilities include overseeing system user support, managing aircraft documentation, and ensuring the accuracy of data across multiple platforms:
- Overseeing user access and maintaining across flight operations systems.
- Preparing and managing applications on iPads and other electronic devices.
- Updating and maintaining data within operational databases.
- Ensuring all aircraft documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for crew.
- Communicating updates or issues to relevant team members in flight operations and maintenance.
We Expect You To Have
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to quickly learn and use airline operations software; prior experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) applications and regulations is advantageous.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of adaptability and problem-solving ability.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
