Get Ready To
- Review and verify completed maintenance documents for accuracy based on company and customer guidelines.
- Gather and report maintenance manpower data for economic analysis.
- Prepare post-maintenance reports as needed.
- Digitally scan and archive maintenance records.
- Prepare invoice documentation for completed maintenance work.
- Compile monthly reports on maintenance staffing for the Finance department and the Head of Line Maintenance.
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and Airport IDs for maintenance staff.
- Track work hours, manage rosters, and approve timesheets for maintenance personnel.
We Expect You To Have
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail for reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with aviation industry standards or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) processes is an advantage.
