As the Operations Integration Manager for Aeronautics at our Pinellas Park site, you’ll lead site-wide initiatives across Facilities, Maintenance, Environmental Health & Safety (ESH), IT, Security, and special projects. This role is central to ensuring a safe, compliant, and growth-focused work environment that supports the strategic direction of the site.
What You Will Be Doing
- Site Operations Leadership: Oversee all aspects of Facilities, ESH, IT, and Security, providing strategic direction to support site operations and expansion.
- Compliance and Safety Management: Ensure full compliance with regulatory and corporate standards, including Occupational Health & Safety, Medical, Aero Codes, SPIs, ISO 14001, and more.
- Facility and Asset Management: Direct facilities management practices, capital planning, and site modifications to ensure sustainable and efficient infrastructure.
- Budgeting and Project Oversight: Manage department budgets and lead special projects, focusing on continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.
- Team Development and Leadership: Guide, develop, and coach employees in ESH, Facilities/Maintenance, and IT, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.
- Crisis and Security Management: Serve as the Site Crisis Management Lead, conducting security risk assessments, developing security plans, and ensuring effective crisis response capabilities.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $107,400 - $205,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
