The Accounts Manager is responsible for managing a business unit, ensuring our key assets — including customers, aircraft, staff, ground support equipment, and facilities — are maintained to high standards. This role involves building strong relationships with the airport authority, actively participating in the airport community, and overseeing operations according to contracts and service level agreements.
The Accounts Manager supervises staff, delegates tasks, monitors equipment maintenance, and analyzes staffing and equipment needs. Additionally, they create succession plans to identify and develop future leaders, manage attendance records, and control labor budgets.
Compliance with corporate security and TSA regulations is essential, as is ensuring site-specific security measures are followed. All staff must have a company ID displayed, and the Accounts Manager should maintain a fair and respectful workplace. They also ensure the company’s image is represented with integrity.
