Role Summary
We are recruiting for a Planner for the Part CAMO organization. The candidate must have a solid knowledge of aviation regulations and aircraft maintenance, with personal responsibility reporting directly to the Part CAMO postholder.
Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring leasing agreements and tracking their due dates.
- Performing long-term planning for the helicopter fleet.
- Creating 12-month maintenance and component plans.
- Overseeing mandatory and customer modification programs.
- Aligning modifications with scheduled maintenance.
- Staggering aircraft for planned inspections.
- Tracking main components for long-term planning and informing logistics of requirements.
- Supporting logistics functions with operational changes.
- Issuing work orders to Part 145.
- Planning projects on behalf of Part CAMO.
- Keeping the department updated on project progress.
- Coordinating between planned inspections and the Part CAMO department.
- Collaborating between Part 145 and Part CAMO plans.
- Making cost calculations for modifications and seeking necessary approvals.
- Monitoring manpower on the Part CAMO side, including overtime, holidays, and leave.
- Keeping the manpower plan updated within the department.
- Updating requests to the Part CAMO department.
- Maintaining documentation through the department.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a base maintenance environment with aircraft/helicopters.
- Understanding the fundamentals of planning aircraft inspections and the financial implications of planning actions.
- Knowledge of EASA regulations 1321/2014 and AMC material.
- Training in Human Factors in Aircraft Maintenance.
- Fluent in English (oral and written) with the ability to understand manufacturers' approved data and organizational documents.

- Computer literate.
- A strong team player.
- Dedicated to helping the company achieve its objectives.
- Experience with the AMOS computer system.
