We are looking to hire a dynamic Project Management Office Analyst to join our company, in an hydrid work model. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all projects are running smoothly, on budget and on time. You'll also liaise with project team members to gather, analyze and monitor project data, as well as prepare project status reports.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing project management strategies, based on templates and toolsets
- Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion
- Support in analysis of resource utilization
- Gathering and analyzing project data to identify its weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary snags
- Preparing project status reports for management review
- Ensuring all project strategies follow company standards, as well as federal laws and regulations when applicable.
- Analyze expenses to understand variances, trends against the budget and review variances with management
- Work closely with management to support with preparation of the Company strategy documentation
Requirements:
- Some experience as a Project Management Office Analystanalyst or a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management strategies, processes and tools,
- Proficient in Primavera software, Project Management module, including: project setup and configuration; planner (schedule, resources, activities, etc.), monitoring and control.
- High standard of professional English language (spoken and written)
Minimum Level of Education, Certification & Licenses Required
- Degree in project management or a similar field and degree in Business or Finance is preferred or equivalent work experience required.
