This job supports the critical roles of process standardization and business transformation strategy development for the Technical Operations organization.
This is a great opportunity to broaden your understanding of the Tech Ops organization with a focus on continuous improvement.
The role is part of the Tech Ops Support team within our Technical Services department.
You’ll bring your abilities to collaborate across a broad range of partners, develop and maintain performance monitoring plans, and play a leading role in bringing transformational change to Tech Ops.

What you'll do

Partner with Tech Ops leadership teams to identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives for establishing industry leading processes.
Drive collaboration amongst stakeholders, including frontline personnel, in the development and implementation of changes.
Work closely with frontline operational leaders in the planning, deployment, and sustainment of standardized processes.
Establish metrics for both systems and production and develop sustainable monitoring plans.
Support the development and delivery of a comprehensive Tech Ops strategy for Re-engineering the Business.
Draft policy revisions and supporting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical degree or certification
5 years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

FAA A&P Certifications.
Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement experience.
