Position SummaryReporting to the Eastern Region International Marketing Head, this role collaborates with the Assistant Marketing Manager of Korea to achieve revenue objectives. It is responsible for driving revenue performance across digital channels by planning, executing, and monitoring comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with Commercial Strategic Pillars. The role also offers significant learning and growth opportunities in a global marketing environment, providing exposure to best practices and fostering excellence.
Key Accountability - Execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy-Assist in developing and executing GTM strategy/plan for Korea in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, CRM, RMD, and digital marketing. Clearly articulate campaign objectives to ensure effective execution.
- Campaign Management and Alignment-Oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with commercial presence guidelines and effectively support campaign goals. Manage the development and localization of marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, digital content, owned and paid media creative etc.
- Media Coordination-Support regional team to coordinate media agencies and owners to communicate campaign objectives and ensure the media plan aligns with strategic goals. Manage the media booking process and oversee budget/invoice tracking.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis-Monitoring Post Campaign Report (PCR) to evaluate campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI). Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Content Engagement-Assist to laisse with the social media team and marketing content agencies to create engaging content that resonates with consumers and enhances brand interaction.
- Product Performance Enhancement-Proactively support the leisure product team to drive the performance of niche travel offerings, ensuring they meet market demands.
- Local Marketing Initiatives-Support, coordinate, and lead the implementation of local marketing efforts, including partnerships, sponsorships, and on-ground activations, in collaboration with the Regional/HQ team.
- Localization of Consumer Touchpoints -Ensure that all marketing materials and consumer touchpoints are fully localized to resonate with the target audience.
- Industry Trends and Regulatory Awareness - Stay informed about industry trends, consumer insights, and regulatory changes that may impact marketing strategies in Korea
- Perform other Ad hoc Tasks - Respond to ad hoc requests from Region/HQ as needed and contribute to the development of action plans to support overall marketing objectives.
Qualification & Working Experience - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
