This is a strategic role within the Delivery Transformation Office
that enhances global project delivery by integrating cutting-edge strategies
and ensuring alignment across all organizational levels. As an extension of the
Senior Director, the DTO Specialist facilitates the implementation of the DTO's
strategic initiatives, ensuring they are adapted and applied effectively across
diverse regional operations.
Duties:
1. Strategic Implementation and Oversight:
• Drive the adoption and implementation of strategic initiatives
such as AI integration, revenue acceleration, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure strategies are
understood and incorporated at every level of project execution.
• KPI: Percentage of initiatives achieving strategic goals, rate
of on-time initiative implementation.
2. Liaison with Regional Management:
• Function as the main conduit for strategic communications
between the DTO's senior leadership and regional management teams, ensuring a
consistent understanding and application of DTO strategies.
• Facilitate regular strategy alignment meetings and workshops to
discuss progress, challenges, and adapt strategies as needed.
• KPI: Number of alignment sessions per quarter, feedback scores
from regional managers, effectiveness of strategy adaptation based on regional
feedback.
3. Support for Global Coverage:
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of DTO activities across
all regions, ensuring global standards are maintained and regional
peculiarities are respected.
• Develop and implement solutions for regional discrepancies in
DTO standards and practices.
• KPI: Operational consistency scores, time to resolve
standardization issues, regional compliance rates.
4. Project and Risk Management:
• Provide expert guidance on project management frameworks and
risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop risk assessment models to predict and mitigate potential
delays and budget overruns.
• KPI: Reduction in project delays, budget variance percentage,
risk mitigation effectiveness.
5. Training and Development:
• Oversee the development and delivery of targeted training
programs aimed at enhancing project management skills and the adoption of new
technologies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and iterate on program content
to better meet the needs of the organization.
• KPI: Training completion rate, pre- and post-training
performance improvements, and technology adoption rates.
6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
• Lead the identification and implementation of innovative project
management practices and tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-regional teams to pilot and evaluate new
approaches and technologies.
• KPI: Number of innovations adopted, measurable improvements in
project outcomes, participant feedback on innovation initiatives.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
• Compile and deliver comprehensive reports to senior leadership,
providing strategic insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and complies with
organizational standards.
• KPI: Reporting accuracy, timeliness, and frequency,
decision-making impact of reports.
8. Cultural Integration:
• Champion a culture of strategic execution, continuous
improvement, and high performance across the organization.
• Develop initiatives that promote these values and track
engagement and impact.
• KPI: Employee engagement scores, effectiveness and reach of cultural
initiatives.
9. Strategic Advisory:
• Provide ongoing strategic advice to project teams and regional
leaders, aiding in the resolution of complex issues and ensuring strategic
alignment.
• KPI: Number of advisory interventions, satisfaction ratings of
advisory recipients, impact on project success. Competencies:
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of
working effectively across diverse cultural environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis, project management software, and
AI tools.

Qualification
• bachelor’s in business, project management, or related
discipline and 10 years with data analysis, project management software, and Artificial
Intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated management skills with the ability to energize
cross-functional, global customers, teams, and organizations.
• Training and qualification in formal and systematic methods of
program planning, management and Ownership and accountability and ability to
motivate others.
• Integrative critical thinking and people skills with knowledge
managing efforts and Superior communication skills; clarity, crispness and
effectiveness to employees and executive management.
• Ability to integrate and track contractual documents as it
pertains to scope and Highly organized, ability to deploy the right resources
across participating demands.
• Competitive and Accountable, goals driven, and results measured
and able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
