Join our Fabrication team in Marietta, GA, as a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor. In this role, you will serve as a key business unit integrator (BUI), working closely with internal and external customers to coordinate and ensure timely delivery of products and services. You’ll be involved in critical daily interactions with production, quality, engineering, planning, and supply chain to resolve challenges and meet customer needs.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate Across Departments: Network and partner with departments such as production, quality, engineering, MRP, and SCM to remove constraints and enhance workflow.
- Material Shortage Management: Track and expedite material shortages by coordinating with Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Production Floor Coordination: Schedule and prioritize floor activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Action Plan Tracking: Drive action plans to resolve MAR make shortages and keep production on schedule.
- KPI Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to MMAS, production control, parts movement, and requirement planning to support shop floor success.
- Extended Support: Flexibility to work beyond a 40-hour week, including occasional weekend support, as required by production demands.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $67,200 - $128,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
