Position Summary
Accountable for implementing and executing marketing plans and initiatives in the ASEAN markets with priority focus on Indonesia. Work closely with the ASEAN Manager to bring marketing campaigns to live, drive business growth and increase revenue aligned to commercial team goals.
Key Accountability
- Fully own end-to-end local marketing initiatives and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver success for the accountable market.
- Lead and work with internal cross functional team and external parties in local integrated marketing communication initiatives to achieve the set objectives by ensuring the right media touchpoints to reach the right audience at the right time with the right content.
- Implement and execute marketing plans and initiatives. Ensure marketing plans are delivered on time and meet objectives.
- Ensure local adaptation of marketing initiatives, including translation, proofreading of marketing collaterals, and ensuring local relevance in media execution.
- Work with ASEAN Manager to design effective integrated marketing communication plans that translate into achieving business objectives. This includes ensuring briefing to internal and external team are done adequately, setting campaign objectives and measurements, identifying target audience, budget allocation, planning and implement marketing campaigns, optimizations, and post campaign review.
- Drive strategic local business partnerships aligned to business objectives, ensure partnerships continuity and measure impact of the partnerships.
- Beyond the accountable market, provide support to other team members as needed to ensure collective success. This includes assisting other ASEAN markets and HQ/Central initiatives.
- Monitor, track, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. Provide regular updates to the ASEAN Manager and Central Region Senior Manager to ensure all activities are aligned with objectives and targets.
- Liaise with internal and external teams, including creative teams, digital teams, media agencies, and PR agencies to ensure deliveries of the assigned tasks.
- Travel domestically and internationally, as required by business needs, to support key projects, attend meetings, collaborate with regional teams, or participate in events and initiatives that drive business objectives.
- Follow established processes and procedures for marketing activities. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and contribute to the success of marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all parties involved.
Qualification & Working Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field would be preferable.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing; preferably in travel, tourism, or aviation industry.
- An added advantage to have a track record of driving purchase conversions through performance marketing.
