We are seeking an experienced
Safety Investigator with a strong background in aviation to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of aviation safety standards and regulations, coupled with hands-on experience in safety management and compliance. This role is integral to upholding safe operating practices and maintaining compliance with Part 145 and Part CAMO regulations.
Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and best practices, emphasizing Part 145 and Part CAMO requirements.
- Support the implementation of safety management systems and foster a culture of safety across operations.
- Monitor and evaluate compliance systems, and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct safety audits, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing guidance on safety practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aviation safety.
- Proven practical expertise in safe operating practices within the aviation industry.
- Strong people skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Solid understanding of safety management principles and practices and familiarity with human and organizational factors.
- Project management skills and proficiency in handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements: - Comprehensive knowledge of Part 145 and Part CAMO regulations and related compliance systems.
- Effective oral and written communication skills to convey complex regulatory information to a range of stakeholders.
