The Marketing & Innovation Specialist will work closely with Key Account Managers, Sales Managers, and the Communications team to drive market insights, support strategic marketing initiatives, and contribute to the company’s innovation strategy. This role involves both analytical and creative contributions, helping shape marketing plans and supporting business growth through various strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct target market segment analyses, including:
- Quantitative analysis (market data, growth rates, market shares)
- Qualitative analysis (customer needs, market trends)
- Analyze technology trends and industry leaders, assessing competition.
- Define marketing plans for accounts, products, and solutions.
- Support the innovation strategy development.
- Collaborate on marketing events alongside Sales Managers and Key Account Managers.
- Coordinate internal marketing activities and reporting.
- Assist in business planning and financial analyses for key strategic initiatives.
- Implement Group Marketing tools across relevant functions.
Work Experience Requirements
- A short experience in marketing, innovation, or business development is a plus
Qualification & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management and Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field in Technology.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
