Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience maintenance of either CCTV, video surveillance or security systems.
- Experience in Enterprise Server Configuration, System Design and Troubleshooting.
- Min. 1 year of support or maintenance experience CCTV, Video surveillance or security system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of CCTV equipment and Video Management System.
- Keep detailed logs of service calls, maintenance tasks, and repairs.
- Work closely with L2 technical teams to identify and resolve any issues.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and best practices.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a CCTV Service Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in software engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of CCTV system components and functionality.
- Familiarity with network protocols and IP camera systems.
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
- 3+ years of professional software integration experience
Technical Competencies - Desirable
- Knowledge of Access control, CCTV and Intercom System
- Knowledge of IP Systems / Networking is preferable
