- Inspect and perform repairs, overhauls and testing on electric and electro-mechanical components.
- Perform all administrative work for the shop together (e.g. work cards sign off, parts booking, time recording)
- Operate ground and shop equipment, according to your approval.
- Achieve and maintain a good computer knowledge
- Report unsafe or hazardous conditions to the superior in verbally and in writing.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Secondary technical education, CATP/ DAP or equivalent diploma
- Experience in the repair of electrical and electro-mechanical components
- Good understanding of wiring diagrams
- Basic understanding in electronics
- Interest in troubleshooting faulty components
- Mature attitude, ability to work independently
- Not afraid to work at height
- Good computer knowledge: MS Office, TRAX
- Flunecy in written and spoken English
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Luxembourg
- The position holder works in the shop environment.
- Occaisional flexibility outside the normal working schedule may be asked (within Luxembourg law and Collective Work Agreement regulations).
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
- The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment
- The position qualifies as safety-sensitive personnel as per EU Regulation 965/2012. The successful candidate will have to be tested for psychoactive substances prior to the start of the employment.
