Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technician to join our Repair and Overhaul, Assembly, and Test team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Repair & Overhaul operations, ensuring high-quality performance and meeting customer delivery expectations. This position demands a strong leader capable of managing a team, working cross-functionally, and maintaining a high standard of safety, quality, and compliance.
**Essential Functions:**
- Lead the Repair & Overhaul and Assembly and Test functions, ensuring compliance with FAA, EASA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.
- Establish and track performance goals for the repair station, taking necessary actions to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Planning teams to maintain inventory levels that support customer and company timelines.
- Work closely with Aftermarket Administration to ensure all customer requirements are communicated and understood before starting maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with functional managers and department heads to allocate resources effectively, managing potential resource conflicts.
- Oversee inventory management in alignment with business objectives.
- Define criteria for hiring and training repair station personnel and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the availability of necessary technical information for repair and overhaul tasks, and ensure proper retention of records.
- Contribute to profit goals through effective pricing and cost control.
- Participate in strategic and financial planning processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety, environmental, and health regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet customer needs and business objectives.

**Competencies:**
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to solve problems and manage day-to-day operations with minimal guidance.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of generating data to manage performance and drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, including managing expectations and negotiating with military and commercial clients.
- Proficient in MRP systems and related tools.
- Aerospace MRO experience is preferred, but not required.
- Direct experience in customer service or sales with demonstrated progressive responsibility.
