The role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be an integral cog in the repair process ensuring the customer is dealt with efficiently, making them feel valued and that they are in safe hands.
Day-to-day, you’ll work as part of a multi-skilled team of Customer Service Administrators, to co-ordinate the arrival of vehicles and assets planned for repair, delivery handover, takeover processes and discrepancy reporting along with transfer of ownership on the Joint Asset Management and Engineering Solutions (JAMES).
- Liaising with customers regarding delivery, collection, and changes to planned arrangements
- Liaising with planning function where assets are not going to be ready by expected completion date Liaising with workshops to confirm assets ready to go into repair.
- System administration – ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), safety near misses, asset management, quality and Document Management System (DMS)
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Warminster.
Essential experience of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Previous administration experience
- Complaint handling experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- IT literacy and a working knowledge of relevant software, such as Microsoft Office
Qualifications for the Customer Service Administrator:
- Educated to Level 2 in National Qualification Framework (NQF) as a minimum (GCSE grade C or above, level 1 National Vocational qualification (NVQ), Level 1 diploma)
- Full UK Driving Licence
Security Clearance
