Position Summary
The Digital and IT Senior Analyst defines, configures, tests, trains and supports business-related information technology requirements and systems. Collaborating with business experts and 3rd party IT vendors to deliver Sales & Marketing IT solutions and projects.
Responsibilities
• Co-leads complex and global Digital and IT projects delivering business results
• Collect Sales & Marketing needs from the business and translate them into capabilities, features, user stories including acceptance criteria and test scripts
• Performs system analysis, interprets data to identify gaps in technology and/or Sales & Mkt processes and makes recommendations within the IT and/or business function
• Assists in the development and implementation of new technologies including communication and reporting at every sprint cycle
• Provide recommendations to the management regarding conflicting priorities and complex integrations across platforms
• Conducts knowledge transfer and/or cross training with team members
• Encouraging team members to provide feedback on ideas that deliver quality solutions
• Perform testing sessions at the end of every sprint.
• Handle support tickets submitted by business users
• Ability to travel as needed
• Available to provide after-hours technical support if needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or business administration
• Sales and Marketing application experience in at least one of the following areas: CRM, campaign management, lead generation technology, Marketing automation, customer data management, CDP
• Experience with one of the following Sales & Marketing IT solutions is an advantage: Salesforce Sales cloud, Marketing cloud, Data cloud, Experience cloud, Workfront, Marketo, Eloqua
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology
• Business experience in Sales and/or Marketing is a plus
• Significant related IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability
