Key Responsibilities
The Specialist – Clubs & Lounges Customer Engagement & Access is responsible for obtaining a thorough understanding and ownership of our United Club and Lounge marketing channels and access policies. This position will lead commercial elements of the lounge program, including customer engagement initiatives, new Club openings and activations, and access policy. This role works with cross-functional partners and must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Support integrated marketing strategy (digital marketing, signage, PR, internal communications) for new club openings & renovations, including leading comms/marketing planning, briefing creative and managing budget
- Own United Club and Polaris access policies, including documentation, customer and internal communication and special projects
- Execute customer messaging for digital marketing channels (.com/app landing page updates, site banners, email, etc.)
- Champion new digital marketing capabilities for Clubs & Lounges and partner with Digital Technology to build business case and set requirements
- Execute customer communication for in club activations (e.g., product sampling)
- Ad hoc presentation support and internal collateral creation
- Support broader enterprise projects on an ad hoc basis
Note: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement with in-office requirements 50% of the time in Chicago, IL. This position will also travel up to 15% of the time.

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of related experience in Marketing or Project Management
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a highly cross functional capacity
- Project management skills including communication, coordination across multiple teams and managing timelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for shaping customer messaging and experience in the airline lounge space
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Ability to proactively problem solve, present creative ideas and ask critical questions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
