Position Summary
The purpose of the senior product manager is to lead strategic planning, product & market analysis and drive cross-functional collaboration to spearhead initiatives aimed at increasing the division’s sales & revenue growth, improved market positioning & customer relationships, and increased product competitiveness.
Responsible for:
- Sales and gross margin of product portfolio
- Product portfolio complexity & simplification
- Aged & obsolete inventory for product portfolio
- New product launch performance to business case
- Product Vitality Index, SPI (mature/end of life products)

- Competitive Monitoring & Analysis
- Disrupter and trends affecting product life cycle
- Portfolio Pricing Strategies
- New Product Launch Accountability
- Informed on Product development progress
- POP & Cost Out
- Product Launch
- Maintain product literature, catalogs, technical bulletins, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, engineering, engineering technology; MBA preferred
- Seven to ten years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical field
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and influence/obtain results through others
- Proven track records in driving sales and revenue growth.
