As a key member of our Base Maintenance Team, you’ll be responsible for planning daily workloads and scheduled maintenance activities. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Planner, you’ll take ownership of key responsibilities to ensure the smooth execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities. You will manage and review daily work packages, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the availability of all necessary tooling, equipment, and materials. Close coordination with Stores will ensure aircraft parts are on hand to support operations. You'll also oversee unscheduled maintenance tasks, such as MEL and CDL procedures, to ensure they are addressed promptly and efficiently. A key part of your role will be ensuring that all maintenance is executed as planned, with accurate completion of technical logs, paperwork, and scheduled work packages. You’ll play a vital role in fostering engagement and promoting recognition within the department, aligned with easyJet’s culture. Compliance is critical, and you’ll uphold company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures while driving improvements to support our commitment to excellence.
What You’ll Need To Do The Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in effective maintenance planning. They will thrive both working independently and as part of a collaborative team. You’ll be confident in managing stakeholders face-to-face, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. With a flexible and motivated approach, you’ll have a commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. Strong organisational and written skills are essential, as is proficiency in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office (Word/Excel). Familiarity with AMOS or similar systems is a plus, enabling you to excel in this critical role within our Base Maintenance Team.
