Johnson Service Group, a nationally recognized staffing firm, is targeting a
Switchgear Service Center Manager for our industrial manufacturing client, local to the
Schenectady, NYarea.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of Switchgear services, including management of repair center and service operations, providing detailed reporting for the facility and customers as needed.
- Detail, implement and oversee facility operational strategies, accounting for annual business strategies.
- Oversee logistical movements, including third party suppliers for shipping, receiving and warehousing across all processes.
- Responsible for leadership and general oversight of relevant ship, manufacturing and fabrication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- 5 years of switchgear experience in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
- Experience testing and evaluating power delivery equipment, specifically with CNC equipment.
- Strong computer skills to include Outlook, Excel and Word
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work within the US.
