Pay Rate: £30,000, up for discussion on an individual basis

We're seeking a Site Trainer to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Responsible for carrying out training to all levels of colleagues, this includes induction training, mandatory training, skill training and refresher training but also specific tailor made training if applicable.
- Ensuring all employees are comprehensively trained and qualified to operate equipment, promotes safe working practices, coaches students and colleagues on safe behaviours and best practice whilst operating equipment or performing processes.
- Responsible for all training documents and their own documentation ensuring a compliant and auditable trail
- To conduct all training in accordance with current legislation and company requirements
- To devise, implement and conduct GLCC and GDRC training courses
- To be fully conversant with and to comply with all current company rules, regulations, proecdures, processes and polices, reporting any breaches
- Adhere to and promote Health & Safety, ensure that all uniform and PPE are worn
- To work in any area of the operation as instructed by management
- Display a professional image and lead by example
- To provide and support all mandatory, compliance and induction training
- Identify, develop and design training interactions which contribute to the business, and to comply with any industry standards and legislation mandatory requirements.
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct effective induction sessions
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

- Proven work experience as a trainer desirable
- HGV License - desirable
- Experience working within the warehouse industry and knowledge of the operation is desirable.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment i.e. forklift, Powered Pump Truck etc. is desirable
- Forklift operating license would be advantageous.
- Training qualification such as PTTLS or AET - desirable
- Driving License - not essential but desirable
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
- Will need to go through a Counter Terrorism Check
- Be able to provide five years address history
- Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID
