As a Lean Manufacturing Intern at Thales, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the Production Manager to implement Lean Manufacturing processes aimed at enhancing productivity at the Payment Card Personalization Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Analysis: Create and maintain detailed production reports to track performance.
- Lean Initiatives: Support and contribute to Lean Manufacturing meetings and projects with shift supervisors and teams.
- Process Documentation: Develop clear work instructions for card personalization processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Training Support: Assist in organizing and delivering on-the-job training for shift supervisors and blue-collar workers.
Skills You’ll Develop
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and data analysis.
- Proficiency in process documentation and communication in a professional setting.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Degree in a Technical or Engineering field (Mechanical, Industrial, or IT).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Language: Fluent in English, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
