We are looking for aCompliance Manager (Due Diligence) (m/f) for our Commercial Aircraft business to join our Airbus Commercial Compliance Department based in Toulouse, France.

The Airbus Commercial Affairs Ethics & Compliance team is responsible for deploying the Airbus Ethics & Compliance Programme across global sales functions.
The team provides compliance guidance and oversight to ensure the ethical and compliant sale of aircraft and service solutions, protecting both Airbus Commercial and its employees.
The Compliance Manager (Due Diligence)plays a critical role in conducting third party due diligence activities and significantly contributes to mitigating bribery and corruption risks.

Your challenges:
Conduct due diligence of Airbus Commercial counterparties to assess potential risks.
Identify appropriate mitigation actions for any red flags identified during the due diligence process.
Support the validation of higher-risk third parties through a dedicated review committee.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Finance teams in multi-functional settings.
Contribute to training, communication and other activities related to the Ethics & Compliance program.
Your boarding pass:
Salary range based on the required profile: 43721K€ to 49424K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance).
