ConstructionAnalystto fill a 3 year contract position in Calera, AL.
JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
- Provide administrative support as assigned to support the Grid Investment Construction (GIC) team.
- Handle invoice auditing and reconciliation
- Coordinate with contractors and inspectors as needed to ensure invoices have proper supporting documentation.
- Prepare monthly accruals for the programs.
- Participate in the review and analysis of project data and metrics, including production reports and status updates as needed.
- Track project expenses and assist in budget management.
- Assist in the organization of construction-related documentation.
- Support Team Leader in contract administration tasks.
- Construction project management and/or construction administrative experience required.
- Intermediate (or greater) proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
- CAMP experience a plus.
- JETS experience a plus.
- Fiber experience a plus.
- Distribution experience a plus.
- Utility experience a plus
