Overview
PURPOSE
As a Culture & Employee Experience Graduate, you’ll begin your career journey in a dynamic role, contributing to the Culture and Employee Experience Center of Excellence. You’ll support initiatives that bring our People Value Proposition and Employee Experience Strategy to life, enhancing our workplace culture and fostering employee engagement. Reporting to the Culture & People Value Proposition Manager, you’ll gain valuable experience collaborating with the Talent Management Team and developing key communication resources to support our employee experience programs.
What You Will Do
- Assist in executing the People Value Proposition and Employee Experience Strategy by supporting initiatives that enhance the employee journey, from onboarding to professional growth.
- Collaborate with the Talent Management Team to help design and coordinate programs that align with our company culture and drive employee engagement.
- Act as a program coordinator to manage and support global recognition initiatives, ensuring these programs are effectively implemented and aligned with our culture and values.
- Create communication templates and visual resources to improve the visibility of employee experience initiatives across the organization.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of well-being programs, supporting a healthy and engaging workplace for all employees.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- Passionate About People & Culture: You’re genuinely interested in creating positive employee experiences and fostering a strong workplace culture.
- Creative Communicator & Digital skills: You will have good knowledge of tools such as Microsoft 360 and experience on design software such as Canva, Figma or similar visual tools.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Proactive & Resourceful: You take the initiative to solve problems and seek creative solutions, even when navigating new challenge.
