Required skills and qualifications
• Two or more years of project management experience
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Proven success working with all levels of management
• Able to lead and manage a team of technical leads and engineers to achieve project deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• CITMP and PMP qualification is preferred
Job Description
1. Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
2. Define resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation
3. Outline budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
4. Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities.
5. Manage delivery of the project according to project plan.
6. Track project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
7. Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget.
8. Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
9. Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
