The Administrative assistant is an important member of the Austrian Team, helping to manage the office in Vienna. Reporting to the HR Manager for Germany and Austria.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll ensure the office runs smoothly by handling key tasks like managing post and couriers, coordinating with facilities and IT, and processing invoices through the finance system. You’ll also manage supplier relationships, oversee office supplies, welcome visitors, and organise office events. This is a permanent role, replacing a previous position, and offers a chance to support easyJet’s continued growth by contributing to the daily operations of the office.
What You'll Bring To The Team
You’ll be organised, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic, with the flexibility to adapt to different tasks. You can work well on your own or as part of a team and are confident solving problems independently. With strong communication skills in both English and German and a good understanding of MS Office, you’ll approach tasks efficiently while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Location & Hours of Works
This full-time role will be office based in Vienna and will be
40 hours per week.
