Business Development & Strategy Team is looking for an outstanding
Business Development & Strategy Lead (Level 5 or 6) to support the
Anti-submarine Warfare (ASW) market strategy-to-action process and team within the Global Control Pillar. This position will be located in
Tukwila, WA, Jacksonville, FL, Patuxent River, MD, Berkeley, MO, Arlington, VA or
Oklahoma City, OK.
Role’s objectives include maximizing P-8 Poseidon platform sales, proactively defining and shaping capability growth and corresponding platform requirements, executing investment allocation in support, and driving to campaign wins with both domestic US Navy and international military customers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. (Work will be hybrid or fully on-site, depending on the location of the hired candidate. )
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Experience with program management / project management
- 5+ years of experience working within or with Military or DoD customers
- Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- 3+ years of experience engaging in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Current Secret or Top-Secret clearance
- Minimum 5 years of experience crafting capture plans / major sales campaigns
- 10+ years of experience working with Department of Defense and international equivalents, budget and/or acquisition process
- Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts
- Knowledge / experience working with US Navy Maritime Patrol (P-3 / P-8) community
- Knowledge of emerging technologies
- Ability to develop operational / marketing plans, define and manage program funds, and white papers for customer engagement
- Understanding of global industry-related market trends as well as customer opportunities
- Identify and align win strategies to the customer’s most important requirements, differentiate our offer in the market and drive Long Range Business Plans (LRBP)
- History of cultivating partnerships / strategic collaborations or innovative business models
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Typical Education/Experience:
Level 5:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).
Level 6:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 20 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+15 years' related work experience, Master+18 years' related work experience, 24 years' related work experience, etc.)
Travel:
Travel up to 25% of time, domestically and/or internationally
Relocation:

Summary pay range:
Level 5: $126,650-$196,650
Level 6: $148,750-$231,150
