Description
- Updating MRO employee training records via AMOS;
- Issuance of training records/reports when requested;
- Monitoring the mandatory training of MRO employees;
- Scheduling training courses;
- Controlling classroom usage and instructor alignment to courses;
- Processing enrolment of staff onto training courses;
- Responsible for archiving all paperwork from courses;
- Maintain training registers for MRO training department;
- Password Resets for Learning Management System;
- Controlling Assessment Materials;
- Responsible for notifying management team of instructor availability;
- Liaise with respective HR departments on training and recruitment;
- Act as a focal for correspondence between local training providers and the MRO;
- Act as local MRO Exam Invigilator when requested;
- Sending notification of courses running to base maintenance staff;
- Assist other BM sites where designated by the BM Training Supervisor;
- Report any error on training material to the BM Training Supervisor;
- Report any training department necessities to the BM Training Supervisor
Requirements
- Experience of Microsoft Packages – Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Previous experience of Smartsheets.
- Strong administrative skills, with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent inter-personal and relationship building skills.
- High attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines and a flexible approach to supporting the needs of the business.
