In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new Risk and Compliance Systems Expert (m/w/d).

A Risk and Compliance Organization supporting all divisions is being significantly reinforced within Finance Transformation to accompany all Finance departments in their internal controls deployment and run.
The role will be to leverage on Systems as an asset, set up and animate Risk and Compliance Systems governance across the Airbus Group.
Within this new set-up, as a Risk and Compliance Systems expert and part of this new team mixing IT-specialists and Business/Compliance Managers, your mission is to support Airbus Risk and Compliance Systems Department to fulfill its roles & responsibilities.
You will be exposed to current cutting-edge risk and compliance management tools and innovative projects within and outside Finance functions in an agile environment.
As a focal point, your activity will require you to lead relations with other Stakeholders in the data governance and report at Finance Top Management level in the Company.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Provide guidance for a risk-based approach on Systems compliance
Validate and prioritize risk and compliance evolution in relation with business, compliance, auditors and IT
Establish governance and run mode model to secure risk and compliance in systems
Support audits/ internal controls review on existing solutions and be proactive on challenges and corrections to bring upon
Desired skills and qualifications
Master Degree in Finance
Good understanding of Business Processes in the Finance area (R2R, P2P, O2C…)
Experience in Finance Audit/ Internal Control review in the Finance and/or IT function
Knowledge on Risk & Compliance tools is a plus
E.g. SAP GRC, SAP BIS, data analytics
SAP Knowledge: High level understanding of the Finance data flows, structure in SAP
Ability to identify, clarify and resolve
Self-motivated problem solver and quick learner
Good analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Customer oriented and team spirit
Flexibility and capacity to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
Language Skills: Negotiation level in English

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.
