What you will be doing
- Acting as focal point of contact to one of our key customers (Bombardier, Gulfstream or Delta Airlines) and manage regular governance.
- Manage repair process of LRUs (line replacement units) for a specific portfolio of global vendors.
- Ensure LRU repairs are completed within the contractual turn around time to support our customer’s (internal and external) requirements.
- Interact with other RR areas (e.g. Engineering, Commercial, Customer Services, Power Plant Availability) to ensure our customers get the best service at the optimum cost for RR.
- Ensure customer invoices are raised in time to support RR cash flow targets.
- Proactively drive process improvements to ensure we can be at our best.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
University degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience of working in supply chain management or purchasing field.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid IT skills in MS Office package and SAP and good knowledge of digital technology.
Good communication skills with ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams internal and external.
Be fluent in English.
