Job Description:
Under the frame of Material Customer Services, the job holder will be the coordinator for Crisis Management between Material Support organization and other organizations, such as Programs (Office & Services), Finance, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, MRO and the Local Teams and/or Subsidiaries.
Responsible to increase the material availability by creating and leading a multi-functional team for those topics declared as sensible for the fleet. Main functions:
-Risk identification. To analyse and evaluate, based on local inputs such as, maintenance teams escalations, procurement notifications alerts, in service issues, the potential impact of the shortage of material that may potentially impact on normal fleet operation.
- Contingency and mitigation. To launch all relevant actions to avoid impact on fleet availability, contract breach or customer satisfaction degradation.
- Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt. Ensure active management of risks, opportunities by effective management of partners and suppliers.
- Ensure and anticipate delivery of any solution in terms of Material Support in order to prevent any impact on Fleet Availability, by coordinating inside Material Support organization and outside Material support in close coordination with Airbus Support Centres, procurement, programmes, engineering and quality organizations
- Monitor project performance. Under Multi-Functional team mode, to track open actions (and their efficacy), to iterate taken actions or decisions made and to escalate to relevant stake holders for project success according to defined strategy.
- Material flow management, perform all required operational activities and coordinate (end-to-end) material process until the final delivery.
- Contribute to the Reports on Material Services for the follow-up meetings with internal and external Customers (i.e.: monthly Program Review Meeting, monthly meeting to provide visibility on Material Services performance per Contract.
