Johnson Service Group is seeking an Office Manager for a contract assignment with an Aviation Company. This role is Salinas, CA .
? Be responsible for daily office operations at all Archer Salinas locations ensuring things run smoothly
? Coordinate across the organization to ensure Executive & VIP visits to the flight test site are executed flawlessly
? Ensure all Hospitality needs of the Flight Test site are fulfilled including Archers snack & beverage program
? Plan and coordinate team meetings, offsites, and events
? Coordinate with outside vendors, service providers, & Archer's facilities team to make sure all facilities needs are met and functioning
? Act as a site liaison between the Airport Manager, Hangar Landlord, and Archer internal
? Create process documentation and SOP’s for the Flight Test site
? Manage records, create an office budget, and be responsible for uniforms
? Organize and maintain general office supplies
? Meet scheduled timelines and, in some cases, aggressive project milestone deadlines
? Assume any duties as delegated by the Director of Flight Test, Maintenance Manager,Ground Operations Mangar, or Flight Test Admin
What You Need:
? A collaborative attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to communicate and build cross-functional relationships
? Work with all levels of personnel and effectively interact with executives to technicians
? Excellent planning and organization skills, including the ability to give direction to others
? Ability to drive continuous improvement activities to exceed expectations and help promote
a professional hangar and organizational environment
? Driving of vehicles within an airport environment
? Working Hours: Ability to work a flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays
? Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time
** Ability to push/pull lift up to 75lbs at times**
Bonus Qualifications:
? Previous Executive Assistant or Admin experience
? Prior experience with electric aircraft/eVTOL
? Experience working with Confluence, JIRA
