As a FIRE Site Coordinator (located in Nysa, PL) here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless design support and installation of fire alarm systems at our construction sites. Your expertise in coordinating activities of Honeywell resources and external subcontractors, managing quality of works and ensuring compliance with regulations to support efficient and further effective operation of our clients' buildings.
Your role in overseeing the installation process, supporting design phase, coordinating integration process with 3rd party systems and subcontractors. You will be also involved in coordination of fire alarm system programming support and commissioning, working closely with Honeywell devices and software. You will report directly to our local Project Management Leader with great cooperation with Senior Project Manager on site. In this role, you will impact the performance and functionality of Fire Alarm System, ensuring smooth implementation of Honeywell solutions, optimal operation on site and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the design, installation, integration, and commissioning of Fire Alarm System
- Manage resources (subcontractors) including technicians and engineering staff
- to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in all aspects of building management system operations (including HSE and Quality regulations)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer needs and provide technical support.
- Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in fire alarm system scope
Key skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in fire alarm systems or related field on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm system (Esser previous experience desirable, but not essential), including fire panels, detectors, cabling and software.
- Strong knowledge of FAS and low voltage systems,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage installations on multiple buildings and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent English and Polish languages to work efficiently in international environment
- Understanding of scheduling process, delivering milestones and IT tools (incl. MS Project and Autocad)
