Carrier Management Specialist primary goal is to assist the Carrier Management Team while and working independently to generate regular reports on carrier performance, perform performance analyses, and identify corrective and preventive measures to enhance performance.
This role involves, implementing necessary actions, tracking progress, and overseeing the carrier improvement plan. Furthermore, it includes supporting, monitoring, and implementing both new and ongoing projects.
The key responsibilities for you as Carrier Specialist include:
Support Carrier Manager in the creating of periodic carrier performance reports, executing performance analysis and determing corrective and preventive actions in order to increase performance.
·Support the Carrier Manager in the further development of carrier management processes, reports, etc.
·Ensure carriers comply with FMC Carrier specification to foster process discipline
·Support & Perform carrier meetings together with the customer
·Analyzing carrier dashboard & scorecard KPIs to escalate non-performance
·Testing & analyzing data & results from tools which are under development within the carrier management environment
·Support project implementation plans in line with the organizations and customers digitalization strategy
·Driving the implementation of current and future digitalization projects.
·Manage allocated carrier onboarding and implementation phase
Requirements for the Job
·English Skills Fluent
·Degree in/focus on Supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and/or Mathematics /Operations research
·4 years experience in logistics and Knowledge & experience of transport,warehousing,cross-docking & network planning
·Strong logistics understanding and planning systems (One TMS / Transporeon and OTM).
·Commercial awareness and understanding of key costs and cost drivers within the supply chain environment.
·Compulsory good degree of computer literacy, with knowledge of Excel (Advanced) and PowerBI
·Strong Analytical and logical thinking; data manipulation skills are essential to this role

·Good communication skills; good listener
·Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to react quickly and calmly within a demanding environment
