Thales CPL is seeking a highly motivated Sr Manager, Global Business Operations to drive strategic initiatives, enhance messaging for business reporting, and deliver actionable insights for our Application Security (AppSec) product line. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning business priorities, reducing churn, increasing sales growth and optimizing pricing and packaging strategies by leveraging data, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic reporting.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Develop and deliver impactful AppSec business reporting focused on performance metrics and forward-looking outlooks.
Collaborate with the New Sales organization to identify opportunities for growth and deliver insights that drive sales strategies for AppSec products.
In partnership with PMM and Pricing leaders, evaluate packaging options to enhance customer value while driving revenue growth.
Partner with Product and Sales teams to test and refine pricing and packaging strategies based on customer feedback and competitive analysis.
Work closely with the Customer Success Management (CSM) organization to develop "get well" plans and reduce risk for at-risk customers.
Design and implement dashboards to monitor pipeline metrics, churn trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide data-driven insights that enable functional leaders to streamline processes to enhance the effectiveness of sales, product, and customer success initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in product strategy, analytics, or a related field, preferably within SaaS or cybersecurity.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating impactful external messaging materials.
Familiarity with sales enablement tools, dashboarding platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to build partnerships across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
