LOCATION & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
In SITA, we apply a hybrid work model with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. The successful candidate must be able to commute to our office without exception.

THE ROLE
As a Graduate IT Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge IT solutions that support SITA’s Airport Management Systems. You will collaborate with global teams and customers to configure, integrate, and support innovative solutions in airport operations. This role will allow you to build expertise in IT systems and project delivery while contributing to the transformation of air travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their IT and business needs.
- Configure SITA systems to meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to integrate systems into local environments.
- Conduct system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide support during project implementation and early go-live phases.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Statistics or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in relative field (internships)
- Solid understanding of IT concepts, including experience or knowledge in:
- Databases (e.g., MS SQL)
- Operating systems (e.g., Windows Server)
- Integration technologies (e.g., APIs, message queues, web services).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Software development methodologies is a plus.
